If your daughter is experiencing post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, or another emotional health issue, we invite you and your daughter to participate in EverGreen Meadow Services 10-week Trauma-Intervention Telehealth Program.

Our skilled therapists will lead your daughter and other girls through interactive and creative group activities designed to address the impact of trauma in an engaging and meaningful way.

The program will also include an assessment of your daughter’s emotional well-being and needs, as well as individual therapy. Parents, guardians, and caregivers also participate in support groups that are hosted in English and Spanish.

At the end of the program, we’ll share a report with you that includes follow-up recommendations.

The program is supported by generous donors. If you are able, please consider donating here.

Let’s Tackle That Trauma Together Virtual Program Includes:

Biopsychosocial Assessment
We begin our program with an assessment, conducted by our Clinical Director who will interview you and your daughter. This thorough assessment will provide you with information to help you understand the impact of the trauma on your daughter’s development, emotional well-being, and the risks she may face as a result of her trauma. The assessment also includes an Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) screening, which identifies early childhood trauma.

Group Activities
Once assessed and admitted into the program, your daughter will participate in dynamic sessions and activities that will help to build her ability to handle her emotions and understand herself, her relationships, and her and social awareness. She will participate in Drama Therapy to help examine traumatic events and build her capacities and Body Movement to “tackle” the trauma that is “locked” within her body.

Individual Therapeutic Intervention
In between the group activities, your daughter will meet one-on-one with a therapist. Together, your daughter and her therapist will begin to work through issues presented in her assessment and during group activities.

Family Therapy
Your family will meet with her therapist at the beginning and end of the program to discuss family dynamics and additional resources to continue your journey to “tackle” your daughter’s trauma.

4-week Parent, Guardian & Caregiver Support Group
It is important for your daughter to know that she is not alone in this journey. You will join other parents, guardians, and/or caregivers in your own group to learn about the impact of trauma on your daughter and on your family, and how best to support her and each other.

Comprehensive Report
At the end of the program, EGMS will provide you with a comprehensive report that will include a summary of your daughter’s assessment and tailored next-step recommendations. Our commitment to your daughter and your family is to help you find the next program or support system for her journey.

Bridging the Digital Divide
Your daughter will receive a tablet and headphones to participate in the telehealth therapy sessions and group activities.
